1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During high-volume periods or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We offer standard shipping for all orders. Delivery times may vary depending on your location:

  • Domestic Shipping (within USA) 5–10 business days

  • International Shipping: 10–20 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs delays, weather conditions, or carrier issues.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the delivery location. Any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update after you receive the email.

5. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or lost shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

6. Damaged or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item with photos of the damage. We will work with you to replace the item or issue a refund.
If your order is lost during shipping, we will investigate with the carrier. Replacement or refund will be provided once the carrier confirms the package is lost.

7. International Shipping & Customs
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
